The people behind the signal

Two minds.
One accountable team.

SWNW Signals is a two-founder studio built on constant consultation, direct access, and the belief that good digital work should belong to the business paying for it.

Co-founder · Digital Growth Strategist

Andrew de Sena

Andrew has spent 15 years working across content, Google Ads, ecommerce merchandising, analytics, and digital operations. That range taught him to see a website as more than a marketing surface: it is the digital office where customers arrive and the business gets work done.

As ecommerce manager for an MRO supplier serving municipal and private water operators, he personally directed paid-search strategy and spending, ecommerce merchandising, sales-chat implementation, data enrichment, and the team built around those systems. Over five years, the work helped increase online revenue by more than 1,500%.

Co-founder · Systems & Web Development

Tyler Schnelli

Tyler brings more than a decade of ecommerce and web experience from the corporate world—SEO, SEM, merchandising, systems integration, development, and the kind of practical hustling it takes to get a complicated project across the line.

His answer to what he owns at SWNW is simple: anything that needs to get done. That range makes him equally comfortable connecting systems, building the web experience, and walking a client through each decision without turning the work into a lecture.

How Tyler works

Relaxed in the room. Uncompromising about the result.

Tyler started SWNW to help businesses grow without creating permanent dependence. The goal is a record-time turnaround, a product that meets the client’s expectations, and a clear handoff so the business can keep flourishing after launch.

01

Integrate the system

Connect the tools, data, and workflows so the business runs as one operation instead of a pile of subscriptions.

02

Build the thing

Move comfortably from idea to working web product, with the technical judgment to make it useful and maintainable.

03

Make growth practical

Bring years of SEO, SEM, merchandising, and ecommerce experience to the decisions that affect real customers.

The operating thesis

Your website should be a digital office, not a rented brochure.

Local businesses do not need to rent oversized platforms, fight a CMS nobody knows how to use, or scatter their tools across a dozen disconnected accounts.

Andrew builds bespoke, client-owned sites that can grow into live editing, structured publishing, ecommerce, analytics, and custom dashboards—all in the same place where customers already come to do business.

How Andrew works

Direct. Fast. Researched until it holds up.

01

Find the signal

Research the market, customer, data, and constraints until the answer is stronger than “maybe.”

02

Ship the head start

Put a useful MVP in the world quickly, learn from reality, and iterate from momentum.

03

Connect the work

Bring content, search, commerce, analytics, and operations into one coherent system.

04

Use better leverage

Use AI to accelerate research and execution while keeping judgment and accountability human.

Why two founders

Better together is an operating model.

Andrew and Tyler share much of the same range. Instead of competing, they chose to build with another experienced perspective in the room—consulting constantly, challenging assumptions, and improving the work before a client has to ask.

It also creates practical continuity. One founder can cover for the other, while the client keeps direct access to someone who understands the strategy and the build.

Off the clock

Build things. Go outside. Keep up with the boys.

Andrew spends as much time as possible building, hiking, biking, and playing with his sons—the best possible counterweight to moving a million miles an hour online.

Tyler, off the clock

Go exploring. Bring the family.

Away from the work, Tyler loves spending time exploring with his family—a fitting reset for someone who spends the workday finding a path through complicated systems.
