Sunday Society is a private, invitation-based football season app for small leagues of friends. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
- Account information, including your email address, Clerk account identifier, and the display name you choose.
- League information, including league membership, host status, invite-code activity, assigned NFL team, current week, standings, and score history.
- Lounge content you choose to share, including text posts, cozy setup photos, and social proof photos.
- Basic technical information produced by Clerk, Convex, Apple, and Expo while operating authentication, storage, crash reporting, or TestFlight distribution.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, operate your leagues, show scores and standings, support Lounge posts, store social proof photos, and troubleshoot the app. We do not sell personal information, run advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Who can see it
Your display name, assigned team, standings, Lounge posts, and photos are visible to members of your league. League invite codes are intended for people your host invites. Sunday Society uses Clerk for authentication and Convex for app data and file storage. NFL schedule and result information may be retrieved from ESPN public scoreboard feeds, but we do not send ESPN your account or league information.
Photos
Sunday Society asks for photo access only when you choose to add a Lounge photo or social proof photo. Proof photos are stored with your league content and are not public.
Deletion
You can delete your account from the Account screen in the app. Deleting your account removes your Sunday Society profile, league memberships, Lounge posts, proof photos, score records, and Clerk sign-in account. If something goes wrong or you need help, email andrew@swnwsignals.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as Sunday Society changes. When we make material updates, we will update the effective date on this page.
